    Order Your 2023 EASTER LILIES!

    It’s time to ORDER YOUR EASTER LILIES!

    They are coming from Brookwood (great organization!) and are $10/each.

    Put “Easter Lilies” in the memo line by mail or online at lifebridgesealy.com/donate. Deadline for ordering is February 19, 2023. Table for ordering at the back of the sanctuary.

    These lilies will be on display at the Easter Service on April 9. (Don’t forget to pick up your lily following the Easter worship service!)

    He Humbles

    He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

    Micah 6:8

    Humility is necessary for a disciple of the Lord.

    If we lift ourselves up we are not lifting Jesus up. If we believe too much in ourselves, we are not believing in Jesus.

    When we humble ourselves before God and others and lift Jesus, His will is accomplished and people are saved.

    And that’s what’s really important!

    “Those Whom God Calls” Sermon Series

    Coming off the high of the 10th Anniversary celebration (what an awesome day!), it’s easy to ask, “what now”?

    But Pastor Popovits gave us some truths that deserve further exploration.

    Baptism.

    Through it God grants and sustains faith, forgives sins, grant life and salvation! He makes us His adopted children and gives the gift of the Holy Spirit! through it the Old Adam is drowned and the New Man brought forth! In Baptism we are joined to Jesus and His suffering, death, and resurrection!

    And all of this through His free grace and mercy in Jesus!

    WOW!

    Today we look at part 2 of 2 of our mini-series on Baptism and answer those and other important questions on this important topic.
