Reaching the Lost. Discipling the Saved. Sharing the Love of Jesus with Everyone.

As our community situation rapidly changes, so must the way we address them.
The Sealy Christian Food Pantry is doing just that!
As they were not able to distribute from their current location, during this crisis, they are feeding the hungry in a “drive through” fashion (now being encouraged and emulated by other pantries!). What’s more, the main supplier of food, the Houston Food Pantry, is now in a mode where they will be delivering food in multiple pallets!
LifeBridge is blessed to come alongside of the Pantry in this effort!
The Lord’s facilities at LifeBridge can’t be used for much right now, but they can and are being used for this! In fact, we are in a prime spot and have the perfect facilities to help in this way right now.
PRAISE GOD!
Keep up the good work of the Lord, Sealy Christian Food Pantry! Well done!
Join us for delicious food, great music, and wonderful fellowship which will also benefit the Sealy Christian Food Pantry!
Music will be provided by Jim Foster of Katy.

This drive will be similar to the Thanksgiving Food Drive, as we collect CANNED BLACK EYE PEAS for the Christmas Holiday Boxes.
The overwhelming support for the canned yams was awesome!
Please help FILL THE BOX with canned black eye peas for our Christmas boxes.
Our goal is 350 cans of beans by December 15!
God’s blessings to everyone for helping the hungry in our community!
!! UPDATE !!
LifeBridge completely EXCEEDED the needs for Thanksgiving and the Pantry is so appreciative. This is the FIRST year that we have not had to go out and buy yams to supplement the needs.
Our God is awesome and always provides!!
Thank you, LifeBridge!!
The Sealy Christian Food Pantry will be distributing holiday boxes to our clients for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We are asking LifeBridge to contribute canned yams (sweet potatoes) to help with this cause.
The collection will start in October and run through December 15. You can drop off your cans in the pantry basket in the back of the sanctuary.
Your donations are greatly appreciated.
Also, if you would like to volunteer at the pantry during our holiday distribution (Nov 19 and Dec 18), please contact Sue @ 713-314-7355. This volunteer opportunity would be outside work on the driveway and the street.
Thank you for making a difference and helping those in need!
On Sunday, October 27, LifeBridge will have a “Service Sunday,” where people can sign-up for various ministries and service opportunities – at LifeBridge and in our community.
Before we can sign-up for areas, we need a list of what those areas will be.
If you represent or would like to have LifeBridge folks help out in an area of service or ministry, please fill out the first form below. (Another one will be added later allowing folks to sign-up for those different opportunities.) e.g., If you help out at “Meals on Wheels,” you can add that here. If your school has an awesome service project you’d like others to be blessed in helping with, you can add that here. If you represent an organization, like a food pantry, where volunteers are needed, you can fill this out.
Put down multiple opportunities, if you think they would be helpful!
Fill out our form for your service idea, ministry, or organization here!
The above form will be active until October 21. After that, it will be shut off so the other form with those opportunities can be made and added for Sunday, October 27.
Come back to fill that form out then and, of course, SIGN-UP AND SERVE!
Please and thank you!
Here’s a note from the Sealy Christian Food Pantry.

We are blessed to give!
LifeBridge’s BridgeKidz ministry is spearheading an awesome service project to help the Sealy Christian Food Pantry restock some important items, so they can keep helping so many people in our area.
The effort is called the “Labor of Love” and runs through the month of February.
Will you help through this easy and needed effort?
